Following this transaction, Swile will own 100% of Bimpli and Groupe BPCE will become Swile’s largest shareholder with a 22% stake. in the head.
An ambitious industrial project with strong integration
Employee benefits are a key issue for companies in the context of talent recruitment and retention. The employee benefits and business technology market is undergoing a major transformation with the digitization of offerings, the expansion of product ranges and the arrival of new digital players.
This project will eventually create one of the meal voucher leaders in France and a global player in the business technology sector with the best technological and financial capabilities.
This new suite will build on the integration of the two companies, innovation for Swile thanks to a Super-app for employees, and Bimpli’s historical knowledge based on a complete and integrated employee benefits offering. It is also very complementary, covering all customer profiles: VSE / SMEs, large accounts and the public sector.
Internationally, this project will allow Swile to be well positioned to seize development opportunities, particularly in Brazil, the leading market for salary benefits and employee commitment.
In all, the new group will have approximately 5 million users employed in 75,000 client companies. It will generate an annual recurring revenue of 140 million euros in 2022, enabling it to achieve centaur status.
This project will be submitted to the employee representation bodies as well as the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities and should be completed by 4e Quarter 2022.
