Football – It’s an annual ritual for tens of thousands of football fans in France: As the Ligue 1 season resumes, many people flock to the store of their favorite club to buy the shirt of the year and display their colors on the field or in front of their TV. But depending on whether they support AJ Auxerre, Olympique de Marseille, OGC Nice or Paris Saint-Germain, the cost is not the same.

This was revealed by a survey conducted by footpack which specializes in football equipment, from the shoes worn by professionals to the new uniforms of the national teams. The site has attempted to price each new jersey, streaming with a player’s name and an official badge denoting participation in the First Division.

From 75 to 116 EUR

And in this small game, it is interesting to note that there is a huge gap between the cheapest shirt (75 euros) and the most expensive (116 euros). In fact, with a jacket sold alone for €65 (to which €5 must be added to include the name and number, as well as €5 for the famous Ligue 1 badge), AC Ajaccio has risen this season into the elite, largely dominating the breakout.

At €75, the ACA is well below the average tournament price, at €103.99 per foot (83.54 for the jersey, 14.64 for the flush, and 5.80 for the armband).

On the other hand, Olympique de Marseille, which is distinguished in particular by its flow at 17.90 euros, offers a palm of the most expensive jacket at 115.90 euros, one euro more than Paris Saint-Germain and its jersey at 114.99 euros.

Among the interesting things, we can note that FC Lorient is the club that presents the most expensive Ligue 1 badge in the tournament (ten euros) when AJ Auxerre presents it with all the new jerseys of the season. As for the simple shirts, without flush or patch, AC Ajaccio again has the most accessible shirts when four teams with equipment manufacturers, all different, take the first step onto the podium at €90 (Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Rennes., right before Paris at 89.99).
